Our Process
Counselling provides an opportunity to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Through gentle guidance and meaningful conversation, it can help you make sense of challenges, build self-awareness, and develop practical ways to navigate anxiety, stress, and self-esteem struggles.
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often known as “tapping,” is offered as a supportive tool. EFT involves gently tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on thoughts or feelings that may be causing distress. This process can help calm the nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and create space for new perspectives and healing.

My approach is pluralistic and person-centred, which means I see you as the expert of your own life. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. A place where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace, while I walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths and build resilience.
